What to Expect

Whether you're new to Elevation Career Coaching or a familiar face, we ask you to complete a Discovery Worksheet before our 45-minute session. This one-page worksheet will be sent immediately after you schedule your session and includes basic questions about your professional background, your strengths, opportunities, as well as your short-term and long-term goals. This exercise helps us review your career and growth from a high-level perspective. Many clients find this reflection both significant and inspiring, prompting them to think about past achievements and future aspirations.

Preparing for Your Session

Think about what you want to achieve during our 45 minutes together. We recommend focusing on one specific goal rather than trying to cover everything in a short time. The purpose of the Discovery Session is to clarify your long-term goal and provide a preview of a coaching call with us. By focusing on one challenge at a time, we can show how it ties into the larger picture of your overall objectives.

Session Structure and Goals

Every coaching session aims to start with a clear agenda, develop a strategy for execution, and conclude with actionable items. During the Discovery Session, we ask broader questions to understand your background and goals.
